This fully enclosed, face-to-face physical isolation not only provides exceptional shock-absorbing elasticity that permanently locks down micro-sliding between slabs, but it also prevents quartz crystal particles from grinding against each other during prolonged vibration, completely eliminating the embarrassment of dull or scratched surfaces upon uncrating.

ISPM-15 Crate Anti-Torsion Bracing System to Withstand Container Twisting
For heavy commercial long slabs or bar tops exceeding 2.4 meters, the overall frame twisting of a shipping container during crane hoisting and stormy ocean transit translates into massive lateral thrust applied directly to the wooden crates. If the outer crate lacks rigidity, its deformation will directly crush the finished countertops inside.
As a seasoned wholesale quartz supplier deeply rooted in the high-standard North American and European markets, our exterior export crates are exclusively constructed from heavy-duty ISPM-15 fumigated timber. Inside these crates, we install a specialized Anti-Torsion Bracing matrix. Utilizing thickened solid wood blocking, heavy-duty steel angle brackets, and high-tension banding, we solidify the entire group of vertically placed quartz countertops into a tightly bound rigid body integrated with the crate base.
