Xiamen Stone Epic Co., Ltd. is one of the professional quartz countertops slabs manufacturers and suppliers, serving wholesale, fabrication and commercial projects worldwide. Its Factory Production Base in China, Cambodia and Malaysia supports customized specifications, coordinated production and international delivery.
Overview - what we supply and where it's made
We manufacture and process engineered quartz at our facility in Malaysia. Our Quartz Countertops Slabs are produced from 100% engineered quartz and available in the standard slab size 3050 × 1400 mm. Thickness options are 15 mm, 20 mm and 30 mm. Surface finishes include polished, honed and leather textures; a wide palette of neutral and trend-led colors is kept in regular stock.
Practical details our buyers ask for
When a buyer approaches us, the first questions are almost always: "What sizes do you hold? Can you do custom cuts? How consistent is color across a container?" We keep the answers concrete. Standard slabs are 3050 × 1400 mm; for projects that need it we cut to custom sizes on demand at the Malaysia plant. Typical plies we offer are 15 mm for thin countertops, 20 mm as the standard, and 30 mm for island tops or commercial counters that need extra mass. Finishes are applied in-line so that a polished slab from one batch will match the polish level of another - this reduces on-site rework for fabricators.

Why fabricators, distributors and contractors choose us
From direct experience working with regional fabricators, there are three consistent priorities: material consistency, predictable logistics, and fabrication support. Our slab production focuses on flatness and repeatable color calibration, so fabricators see fewer rejects and less grinding at the workshop. For distributors managing inventory, our ability to supply bulk purchase orders and full-container shipments helps streamline procurement cycles. For contractors running site programs, we provide cut-to-size deliveries and handling guidance to reduce installation delays.
Support for real projects - logistics and sample practice

We handle full container loading (20FT / 40FT) and can ship FOB or CIF depending on buyer preference. For a recent mid-scale fit-out in 2025 we shipped two 20FT containers to a Southeast Asia project: the load included mixed thicknesses (mostly 20 mm with several 30 mm island slabs) and arrived with less than 1% rejects after on-site inspection - a concrete example of how tight QC plus careful packing reduces downstream waste. If a buyer requests a wholesale arrangement, we prepare a sample set (actual-cut samples, not printed photos) and a palletized color board so the distributor can sign off before we load the container.
Custom fabrication and on-demand services
We work closely with fabricators on custom fabrication tasks - that is, cut-to-size slabs, specialized edge profiles, sink cutouts and pre-polishing to the client's specification. For a group of showroom projects last year we provided slabs with pre-cut undermount sink openings and radius-edged finishes, saving the fabricator several hours per unit on site. When buyers ask for tailored services we quote time and cost transparently: material cost + fabrication fee + packing and shipping, so there are no surprises at arrival.
Quality control and how we reduce risk for B2B buyers
Each production run is sampled for color, thickness and surface finish. Before loading we photograph representative slabs and log measurements; buyers can request those QC reports. For commercial projects that need uniform appearance across many fixtures (for example, a hotel room block or chain of retail counters), we can reserve batches and schedule production runs that keep the color and pattern within agreed tolerances.
Common procurement questions
Minimum order: flexible - small sample orders are fine; for best pricing and allocation we recommend full-pallet or container orders.
Lead time: depends on order size and current schedule; typical turnaround for a container order (including cutting/finishing) is noted in our proforma.
Certifications: material composition and processing reports available on request.
Handling: we provide packing instructions and advise on storage to avoid edge damage.

Applications where our slabs add the most value
Kitchen and bathroom countertops, commercial counters, wall cladding, reception desks and hotel vanities - all are standard uses. Because of the engineered composition, the slabs perform reliably in high-use environments: scratch resistance, stain resistance, and thermal stability are all benefits that fabricators point to when they specify our product. For buyers organizing a large roll-out, the combination of consistent slabs plus on-site fabrication support shortens the overall program timeline.

We treat each order as a project rather than a line item. That means sharing cutting lists, providing pre-shipment photos and measurements, and offering fabrication notes that help the buyer reduce waste. If you want, we can prepare a tailored quote for a test shipment (for example: one 20FT container, mix of 20 mm and 30 mm slabs, pre-cut sample pieces included) so you can evaluate lead time, packaging quality and slab consistency before committing to larger bulk purchase or wholesale contracts.
