- Lead time: normally 3–4 weeks from order confirmation; custom prefabrication may add time.
- Shipping: FOB Xiamen, CIF/door service to major U.S. ports available - Los Angeles / Long Beach, Oakland, Savannah, New York-Newark. We can quote landed cost including marine freight and local delivery.
- Payment & terms: T/T, L/C, or as agreed in contract.
Fabrication & services
- We accept CAD drawings and templates for sink cutouts, faucet holes, and edge profiles.
- Prefabrication (full tops, islands) to client specifications. Labeled and palletized for easy on-site installation.
- Batch matching: for large projects we select slabs from the same block or batch to minimize visible variation.
Quality control & import support
- Each slab is inspected and photographed before packing. Records kept for traceability.
- We provide packing lists, commercial invoices, and export documentation to assist U.S. customs clearance.
- ASTM or performance testing can be arranged on request for project specifications.
